I have to agree with this statement.

TB has great documentation, considering how complex it is. In some
cases, this documentation is out of date or plain incorrect, but those
problems are generally quickly fixed.

However, TB is not an application that you just get and use. It's more
of a toolkit or programming environment, and thus requires a certain
dedication to learning it before you become proficient and can build a
worthwhile solution.

Luckily, the user community (hey all!) is very helpful, and there's
plenty of real applications to dissect, modify and learn from.
