TB & old dates

Further to previous comment on this, I received this from Eastgate:

I'm sure the last comment alludes to the fact it's not necessarily a simple
change from one date method to another. I'm sure when the change occurs it
will be in the release notes if not mentioned more publicly.

So for now don't use Date type attributes for dates before 2 Jan 1904.
