[Tb] how to move to the parent of a note

Well, it is a little clumsy, but you can create a new Outline View
from a Note window. Just press Cmd-Opt-O, or select it from the Views
menu. That will open a new Outline, hoisted to the level of the note.
So, to get to the parent from there, a simple tap of the left arrow
will suffice.
