You're right! It's in the release notes- though:

        Actions: Assigning attributes to attributes

        It has no effect on the agent, because agents never collect themselves.

        It *does* set the value of HTMLExportFileName to the name of
the note. I just tested this (Tinderbox 2.2b1, fwiw)

        "title" is not a system attribute, so (unless you made a new
User attribute called "title") $title is not evaluated. Remember
that case is significant.
