[Tb] wishlist

I have two wishes which would make Tb ideal for almost all my writing:

1. A Full Screen Mode (with a customizable text width); this is very
useful for not letting anything, anything distract you while writing;
Ulysses has a very nice implementation. Since Tb is used by many authors,
this feature may well be appreciated by a large number of people.

2. Unicode support. I know this is on the books, and WASTE 3.0 is under
way, but just for the record.
