[Tb] Link names in HTML export

Is it possible to include a link's name/type in the HTML export? All
I'm looking to do is have something along the lines of "LinkName: Page
Title" as the link. So if I create a link called "output" it would be:
"Output: Printed Proof" or something like that.

I can't seem to find codes that support this.
