[Tb] TB in Boston/ GTD Template

   Hello all. I have been lurking on this list
   for a few months now.

   I have two questions. Excuse me if the info
   is available elsewhere, but I haven't been
   able to dig it up -

1) Where can I get my hands on that template ?
