There is a way to do this - hidden by some new terminology.
Select the set of tiddlers you want - then hit the permalink button in the
sidebar (normally on top right, near save changes).
What this does is put an URL in the bar, that you can then cut or paste,
You can send this to others (if they have access to the same URL / file) or
pop it in a tiddler, menu bar etc....
