New list software

The mailinglist is now being run by software different from before. There is no
real change for you, except that, because of the low traffic, I have not
bothered to set up digestification, so if you were previously subscribed to the
digest, you will get individual emails instead. If this is a problem for you,
please let me know and I'll look into turning on the digest.

The archives are also being generated by a better system, which hyperlinks the
emails together and makes them easier to browse. Adding search is still on my
to-do list.

Please do note that I have set the list software to _not_ change your reply-to
header to point back to the list (we were doing this for a while, as a user had
requested it). I have since been educated and learned that this is a very bad
idea. See http://www.unicom.com/pw/reply-to-harmful.html for details. This just
means that you need to do a "group-reply" (in mutt or elm, e.g.; it may be
called something else in other mailers) if you want your reply to go to the
list, and a simple "reply" if you want to talk to the author privately.
