[Tb] Debugging tbx crashes

Greetings -

Have been a tinderbox owner for about three weeks and while I am
still getting my head around much of it (mainly the export features)
I have put it in use everyday with a customised copy of Ryan's GTD
template.

While I'm loving it the more I understand it since day one my GTD
file has been experiencing seemingly random crashes and I am unsure
how to go about trouble shooting it.

I have not seen crashes with other files but don't have as much data
in those or use them as much at this stage.
