p. 183: "When Tinderbox agents compare dates, they always consider both date and
time. So an agent that looks for notes Created=today will only find notes
that were created at this very moment."

p. 185: "Agents regard two dates as being equal if they share the same
year, month, and day -- regardless of the time of day."
