Cappuccino claims to be a “framework that makes it easy to build desktop-caliber applications that run in a web browser.” There’s a reasonable chance that the people who write the framework code are not the people who are responsible for the website. Based on what we see here, there’s also a reasonable chance that this group doesn’t take testing things very seriously, and doesn’t really know how to get things to work right in a browser. I know that CSS can be quirky and surprising — until you take the time to learn its underlying models. In any case, it’s certainly not as hard as what must be involved in making a framework like this one.
