xPad: a free note taking tool

I stumbled upon the website for something called xPad:

                      http://getxpad.com/

It is a newly-free and soon to be open-source Cocoa application for
taking and organizing notes. It's looks to be much simpler than
Tinderbox (and not nearly as powerful), but may be of interest to some
of those here.
