TB v3.5.3 date issue fixed!

Dear [tb] list,

Responsive as ever, Eastgate have resolved the date issue I reported
yesterday and issued v3.5.4. Unless you use ^today, ^created or
^lastModified you don't need to rush to upgrade v3.5.3 to v3.5.4. The latter
effectively reverts these 3 codes to their pre-v3.5.3 behaviour. Read the
release notes or aTbRef for the fine detail.

The aTbRef website and Atom/RSS feeds are now corrected and a v3.5.4 TBX &
templates ZIP is up on http://homepage.mac.com/mwra/FileSharing1.html

I'll update the wiki front page when the DMG is on the download page - it's
only on the FTP site just now.
