Yes, using a sequential counter is something I was going to suggest. What
this lets you do, that Creation sorting does not, is insert items into your
flow after you have already made a pass through the chapter. You can use
fractions to insert numbers in between the supplied increment numbers, if
that makes sense. The program says claim 1 = 41 and claim 2 = 42, but you
see room for something in between these two claims, so you manually set that
note's number to 41.5.
