aTbRef RSS feed

aTbRef now has an RSS feed - http://www.acrobatfaq.com/tbx/news.rss, which
should enable any users to track updates. Added today, following some wiki
questions is a 'reverse' list of keyboard shortcuts, sorted by key.

The feed validates and works OK in Safari 2.0.3 __AT__ NetNewsWire 2.1 but
feedback welcomed if it's not working - it's my first TB-output attempt at
RSS. A wiki article for RSS newbies is in the making based on this example.
