Yes, open the TBX file's Attributes dialog (Cmd+2) and click the 'Links' tab
in the tab bar at the top of the dialog. Now scroll the left pane's list and
select 'prototype'. On the right side of the pane *un*-tick the 'visible'
box and then click the 'Change' button. Close the dialog and close and
re-open the Map view - all the 'prototype' links are now hidden. [Tested in
v3.0.4]
However, if you wanted the prototype link lines but *without captions*, then
you need to pop the hood and edit the 'linkTypes.xml' file either in the TB
program package or by making a local copy - further related info is here:
