[Tb] caution on duplicating prototypes

I forgot about this bug and just made a duplicate of a
prototype, wrecking my Tinderbox file and forcing me to revert
to a saved copy. So here is a reminder: do not make a prototype
by duplicating an existing one - create a fresh one instead. The
bug discussed here on 10 Aug 2004 (see subject "Weird bug when
duplicating prototypes") has not been fixed.
