[Tb] Help with #last in rule/agent

I don't know why you're using pound signs (#), but I haven't
gotten around to using rules yet. However, I did try putting
this in as a rule on a container:

            lastchild=^title(child)

and I got the name of the (hierarchically) first child assigned
to lastchild. The manual says that this should yield "the oldest
child of the current note", but that's wrong, as are the
descriptions of "prevSibling", etc. (I sent in corrections ages
ago).

Is this what you need?
