[Tb] QuickStamp and Attributes windows opening with document

Hi all,

I have a large (and growing) Tinderbox document which, when opened,
always opens the QuickStamp and Attributes windows as well. I've tried
closing those windows and saving the document, but next time I open it
the windows are back.

  How can I keep this from happening?

I asked this on the wiki, and they suggested closing the windows and
saving or using Save As; again, I tried this and the windows still open
with the document.

Any ideas? Is something maybe corrupted in the document, and if so
where might I look in the xml to fix it?
