This is actually easy. I've never tried the "drop a folder" method, but you can skip the other steps and just import this one file. Then select the note it becomes, and choose "Explode..." under the Note menu. In the dialog, choose the delimiter method, and pick a delimiter (which can be more than one character) that defines paragraphs. In LaTeX this is usually a blank line, so enter "\r\r" (without the quotes) as the delimiter. Your note becomes a container containing another container called "exploded text", and therein you will find many notes, each containing one paragraph from your original file, with titles taken from the beginning of the paragraph. Is that what you need?
