[Tb] Vrs. 3.01 Preferences - Text Export - Open File With

Setting both TB Preference and Document Preference Text Export to
open a file with SubEthaEdit as the editor of choice in the Nakokjoi
view appears to have no effect with vrs. 3.01 of Tinderbox. The
editor defaults to the Applescript Script Editor program. Do others
experience the same results?
