Inspiration 7.5 on Mac OS X
Inspiration is an outliner/mind mapper that has been in existence for at
least 10 years. It's currently offered on both Mac's (OS Classic and X)
and Windows.
Inspiration has the ability to structure elements into a hierarchy, and
each element can contain an unlimited amount of text. Inspiration calls
these embedded text notes.
The current Mac version is 7.5, and this version has the ability to
export to the following file formats
plain text
HTML
MS Word
MS Powerpoint
Appleworks
The export menu dialog offers the ability to export hidden subtopics,
and hidden notes. For my purposes of getting all my data from
Inspiration to TB, those options would always be selected.
The export to plain text has an option of putting the hierarchy prefixes
in front of each outline item.

This is the text portion of Item D. Inspiration allows an outline
element to have a container of text, that can be of any size.
