[Tb] question re Holcomb's getting things done

Am still figuring out Tinderbox (after using for a few years). Am not a
techie, but keep seeing its uses for writing and research (what I
mostly do), development, etc.
My question. I downloaded Ryan Holcomb's Getting Things Done template
and am trying to figure out how to use it. I realize my questions are
pretty naive and I don't want to over burden the list. Is there any
one out there using it who would be willing to have a few exchanges
with me about some really basic questions?
