[Tb] Permalinks in TB

Very much depends on how your Blog is set up. I seem to recall that in
one of the original templates the permalinks are named anchors in the
long HTML produced by one of the agents.

In my own blog I have this.

        <a href="^URL(this)^" title="permalink">Permalink</a>

because each note is exported separately in addition to being exported
in a main page.
