Tinderbox always strips spaces and punctuation from file names, since
for many servers these generate errors. Some characters that often
appear in names but cause problems with common servers (Aring,
Oslash, cedilla, and ntilde) are replaced with low-ascii synonyms.
HTMLFileNameMaxLength controls trunctation, and
HTMLFileNameLowerCase, if true, coerces uppercase characters to
lowercase.
If you need access to the file name of a note, use ^file rather than ^title.
