[Tb] Name vs title

It's a historical artifact.

In Storyspace, the markup element that exports the title of a writing
space is ^title. We try to support the familiar Storyspace markup
elements in Tinderbox, so in Tinderbox, ^title does the most similar
thing.

But Tinderbox also lets you access any attribute directly, using
^Get. And the name of a note is stored in the System attribute
"Name".
