[Tb] Name vs title

I've just spent a frustrating few minutes trying to discover the
difference between the Name of a note and its Title. I'm still
mystified.

^title^ returns the name of the note. But ^get(title) does not. Nor
does ^get(^title). While ^get(Name) does.

I don't suppose it matters, given that I've sorted it out, but I am
still puzzled.
