Sure -- it's definitely possible!

What you'll want to do is to embed named anchors -- for example

        <a name="^get(my_id_number)^">....</a>

Then, when you want to link to that place, export a Web link to something like

        http://......./mySite/June2004.html#^get(my_id_number)^
