[Tb] Generating names of HTML exported files

I'm starting a TB based weblog and I'd like to have each page output
separately using its note ID as its name (e.g., note_001.html,
note_002.html, etc...). I've tried doing this a couple of different
ways without success. Is there a way to do this?
