aTbRef updated for v4.0.0

Hi,

ATbRef is updated for v4.0.0 release as of 1 August
 - website: http://www.acrobatfaq.com/tbx/index.html
 - TBX & template download*: http://homepage.mac.com/mwra/FileSharing1.html

N.B. Images aren't included (size!) but are all at
http://www.acrobatfaq.com/tbx/images/. IF you use the TBX locally, the
notes with web images have those et in the note's URL making them visible if
you're online.

To help those who'd like to run local copies of the aTbRef on their networks
and might need to show a release (e.g. Campuses, etc.) I've added a Creative
Commons licence. Bottom line remains - it's a TB community resource.

The Tinderbox home pages have been overhauled for v4 and content added,
including some interesting peeks at uses of TB:

Kudos to Mark and his team for an overhaul of the TB manual. Eastgate have
listened to users problems with the differing code syntaxes and the content
has been extensively re-written and I believe there's more to come but in
fairness the small team have a had a lot to do (look at all the new v4
stuff).

Oh, and besides the wiki, Eastgate are taking another stab at a forum to
take the load of the narrative of the wiki AskHere page.
