Yes, there will be a native Intel/Mac Tinderbox.
(By the way, you're mistaken: there's no requirement for Carbon
developers to move to Cocoa in order to generate universal binaries.
This is not to say that Tinderbox won't use Carbon more heavily in
the future, simply to correct a misconception)
