Thanks for the confirmation.

Slightly more pedantically, the change to height and or width is immediate
and persists for the rest of the session (i.e. as long as the TB app is
still running). If the TBX file is closed and not saved the map h/w settings
for altered notes revert to their original settings. If the file is saved,
either any time after using this method or on closing, the changes are
saved.

I labour the point only because this may not be necessarily intuitive for
non-programmers given that a Map view does not need to be open when you do a
save in order for these changes to be persisted.

I've updated aTbRef, to reflect this. It will get uploaded when the next TB
minor point update releases (i.e. when it's out of beta).
