Yes, and I think to be fair to Mark some of the criticism he got on the
forum was over the top and overly personal.
Eastgate is not a big operation and it is not fair to abuse them as if they
were M$.
A 'known issues' page is very useful for newbies because it saves a lot of
wasted time and a a page like that with a set of check-marks - 'resolved in
2.1' shows me, as a prospective user, that the software development is
active and responsive.
And it is a matter of record that many features added in 17-2.1 were user
requests (e.g. in 2.1 we got a 'depth' attribute to mark how far down the
hierarchy the note is. I asked for this, I guess others did too, ;-)
